These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gbeej platform and all of its services. gbeej is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live casino services to users in Bangladesh.

When you access the gbeej website, create an account, or use any of its services, you enter into a legally binding agreement under these Terms. Using the site without reading or complying with these Terms is considered a breach of this agreement.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this document shall be considered final.

3.2 Password & Security

You are required to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Notify gbeej immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Identity Verification

gbeej may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Copy of national identity card
• Proof of payment account verification
• Proof of address

Failure to provide documents or submission of false documents may result in account suspension or closure.

4.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on gbeej are currently available through the following methods:

4.2 Deposit Terms

• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds deposited through a third party will be forfeited.
• Deposit processing time depends on the payment method used.
• All deposit information is securely protected through SSL encryption.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The maximum withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held for verification.

4.4 Currency

gbeej processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

gbeej offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
• If bonus abuse or strategic betting is detected, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• gbeej reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus has an expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

The gbeej VIP program has four tiers. Through regular betting you can move up to higher tiers and earn weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

gbeej is committed to fair play and responsible gaming. All games are operated using an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are entirely random and not predetermined. gbeej does not alter or influence the outcome of any game. Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers.

6.2 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• In the case of bets affected by a technical error, gbeej will make a decision after investigation.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same game is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events, the applicable rules must be followed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the amount of the relevant bet may be refunded, but gbeej's decision is final in each case.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbeej platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or information
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system
• Strategically placing low-value bets to withdraw bonuses (arbitrage)
• Depositing using third-party funds
• Using unauthorized bots, software, or automation
• Obstructing or harming another user's use of the platform
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Allowing minors to access and use the account

9.1 Indemnification

You will be obligated to compensate gbeej or its affiliated entities for any losses caused by your violation of these terms.

gbeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

10.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Submitting false information or forged documents
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Operating multiple accounts
• Allowing minors to access and use the account
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud
• The user's own request (self-exclusion)

10.2 Account Closure Process

Legitimate funds (not bonuses) are generally returned at the time of account closure, however in cases of prohibited activity all funds may be forfeited. The account may be temporarily suspended during investigation.
